No, not really there's not. Normally groundbait is cereal based (bread/biscuit crumb) but may contain any of 1001 other additives to bind it, increase its attractiveness, aid/inhibit breakdown, colour/flavour etc. etc. etc. To attempt to list even half of them would take a book, so I won't try.
the thing to try would be to make your own, a quick look on cc moores will give you a good idea of how to make your own , fishmeal pellets , mollasses meal, dried insects, hempseed. the list is endless at least if you make your own you can be confident that your not breaking any rules.
