Just a short note of thanks for all the members who attended last nights AGM.

It wasn't a very nice night to be out but it shows how dedicated our members are that you trailed across town to attend.

Well done the terrible trio,it's just a pity all those who know how to run the club from the bank did,nt attend

as we all know the agm is the place to thrash out wot's best for the club as a whole, and with the planting,new silvers,and thinning out of those"horrible big things", i think we should see leazes return to its former glory one day, thanks to all members for turning up on a rotten night.

just to clarify the bait ban,having checked last years minutes, the ban was only ever a trail, but before you get your knickers in a twist,the commitee are undecided on the matter so this will be discussed at the general meeting in feb,anyone who feels the ban will effect them are urged to attend and give there views,but in the interests of fairness the ban will be suspended untill the feb meeting,again please don't be fazed by this as none of the carp anglers pile the bait in at this time of year
