Rigs

Ive been making some rigs up with esp ghost fluorocarbon but cant get them to straighten out. Keep coiling up, anyone got any idea's?? Mad

try steaming the rig straight, but it might make the knots a bit weaker or if you just leave them pinned down in a rig wallet they should straighten out after a while.

if you make you rigs and pull all knots tight then hold rig over steaming kettle and pull tight and keep tight for few seconds out of steam,you will have perfectly straight hooklenths,bear in mind that flouro isn't the strongest of hooklinks and usually breaks well below it's stated breaking strain.sso if you hooked into something heavy like one of garys reels,you may find it breaking at the knot

Cheers guys, again some good advise there. I realise that flouro is probably not the best way to go but just making up a wide range of rigs at the min. Still learning after all. But i take everything on board and thanks again. Very Happy
