| Great night last night! Not to many fish (2) but the banter was canny (even hutch's ). Blanked in the match but finally, after 15 hours of fishing through the night, at 10.00 this morning i got one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only about 8lb but a fish none the less!!!! anyway cracking night and looking forward to next month _________________ The glass is only half empty when it's someone else's round! |

| well done sven! its as much about the banter as it is about catching mate, the big fella was on fine form last night which made for some good sport. hope to see you at the next one, and maybe we'll see a few more fish when they're spawned out _________________ Tis better to be silent and be thought a fool, than to speak and remove all doubt [b] |

| I’m grossly offended by the above comment if memory serves all I said was:
Karl has a head like a bullet (which he does) Baldie is an unsociable Jessie who bivvied himself up early doors because he is old and needs as much beauty sleep as he can get (and lets face it it’ll take a 4 year coma to sort that dish out) Gary is a swim poaching vagabond (which he is) Karl has a wonky catapult (which he has) Neil is getting as bad as his uncle Norman for stopping people sleeping (which he is) Phil looks like an angry bear when people go into the 4 mile exclusion zone he has around his pod (but that’s fine with me Phil mate honest, just don’t hit my face as its my livelihood) Fergus is so very disappointed with his rods but can’t say it was we will all have his life (which he is). Jamie takes total liberties out of his lass (which he does) Sven will never now be part of the gang because a) what he witnessed further down the bank without telling any of the chaps and b) where he used to work and the fact he won’t share all the gear he pinched before he left. Any carper that wasn’t there on Saturday is a soft shandy drinking big gilrls blouse (which they are, but let see how soon the buggers bite!)
And finally I wouldn’t use any one else’s bivvy as compared to mine they are all a greet big steaming pile of doggie do-dos
Oh and by the way madam chair I seem to remember you being in the middle of these discussions, until you went to bed that is . _________________ Who ate all the pies? |
