do pop ups work best with the lake being silty or do bottom baits work aswell is it quiet during the week at the lake

pop ups work, good quality bottom baits work, the only way to find out what, where and how is to go fishing buddy!!!!
As for the park, you can never tell... you get what you get when you get there! normaly quiet during the week unless school holidays, but, it is the city center remember!
